TheDesk is a simple desktop client for Mac that will help you to use the Mastodon social media, the best alternative to Twitter, on a daily basis. The interface differs from other types of clients in its simplicity and minimalist design. TheDesk allows you to log in to multiple Mastodon accounts to interact with the servers you are connected to without missing any content.

Viewing Mastodon's publications in TheDesk is very intuitive, as well as accessing all the contents at a glance. The program's interface resembles that of similar tools, such as TweetDeck. That is, TheDesk offers different infinite columns, categorized as per customized lists that you have created from the same social media. You will get to see all the profiles of the users you follow in that list condensed in the same column. These columns also appear separate from the official Mastodon menu (Home) of our timeline, with their respective notifications, direct messages or saved items.

Aside from these content customizations, it also allows you to define the layout of Mastodon's options as per your liking and preferences. In TheDesk, you can adjust the text size according to the screen you are using when running the tool.
